Don't get excited  . . .  I'm not talking about supplementing your income (although that could be another post!)
I'm talking about your health here.  It has been proven that it is now impossible to get all of the vitamins and minerals we need simply from the foods we consume.  I'm curious about what other people supplement their diets with?

An all too real example of what can happen when we don't protect ourselves each and every day.  We need to have safety systems in place.  We need to listen to our gut instincts.  This very very sad story is all too real and if only one Realtor pays closer attention than it was well worth the passing on of this message.

I JUST EARNED MY 200,000 POINT - HOW DID THAT HAPPEN? - 09/11/10 12:33 PM
Today is a great day and I'm celebrating with my new 200,000 STAR!!  When I began this journey, I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to continue long enough to succeed and here I am at over 200,000 points.  
I can't say I've had a huge amount of referrals, etc from being active in the rain, (Canada is a bit slow to catch on to this concept)  but I have made some wonderful friendships and I have had locals comment on my hyper local posts.  (not that they're interested in buying or selling - that would be too good!)
