The 3 R's of Real Estate are not Reading, Riting and Rithmetic. For me they stand for:
RELAX
RELATE
REPLACE

The first one is all to do with emotion, ours! In real estate, like in life, we can feel we have been mistreated, disrespected and used. Some days more than others! And maybe rightfully so!!
