If you are considering buying or selling, this is a great article to read. Sometimes you need to take a leap of faith (on both sides) and ask yourself if it is really price or ego getting in the way. I will never advise a Buyer to pay over their max budget if it will put them in jeopardy but sometimes a few extra thousand won't break the bank! Thanks Chris Ann!!

Yesterday. I was approached by an out of area Buyer wanting to invest in a property local to me. There is some TLC required but structurely, the house is solid.

We welcome 2012 with open arms! It is going to be a good year for real estate; I can feel it in my bones!!
If you're considering buying or selling a home in Gananoque, you will be interested in what has been entered into the system as new listings; some are new and some are what we call re-listed meaning they were on the market last year and have been put back into the system again.

Well that was me today! I took my Mother to a fantastic place in Lansdowne . . . Rapid Valley .
They serve many fantastic home-style foods but are known locally for their fantastic pies!
