You might want to consider working with a relocation approved Realtor who is familiar, not only with the City of Kingston itself, but the many surrounding areas that might suit you better.
I grew up on the base and when my Father retired from the service, we decided rural living was best. This allowed our family to learn more about not only The Greater Kingston area, but also places like Gananoque, Seeley's Bay, Sydenham, Harrowsmith, Hill Island, Joyceville, Lyndhurst, Odessa, Bath.
