Dear Ms Emo;
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly with regard to 123 Somewhere St in Anytown. This looks like a place I would be interested in purchasing but my time is limited. I see no reason as to why we can't simply meet at the property rather than at your office as you have suggested. I would like to proceed with an offer if everything is as it seems. Let's say we meet at the property at 5pm rather than at your office at 4:30 as you requested. Is there a problem with this?

I wrote a post awhile ago promoting the book THE GIFT OF FEAR which teaches us survival techniques using our natural instincts. Today I heard a tip that falls into this same category of keeping safe. It was originally written about keeping safe at home, at night, anytime actually these days! However, I feel this is an excellent tip for Realtors when showing property too!!
Tell your spouse, your children, your neighbours, your parents your Dr's office, the check-out girl at the market, everyone you run across as well as paying attention yourself!
