Take time to remember....and be thankful to all of the people who have lived and died for us. Remember your mother, father, sister, brother, grandparent, aunt, uncle, cousin, nephew, niece, friend and acquaintance.  We must never forget those special people that have made a difference in our lives and our country. Please take a few minutes to reflect  and be grateful.

Attending the Moab Photo Symposium has taken my photography to a new level!
When Realtor Kristal Kraft first told me about the Moab Photo Symposium, I felt a little intimidated. I have been a photographer for many years, 35mm black and white, moved on to a point and shoot digital for work and then recently got a NikonD3000. This camera has reignited my passion for photography even though it is like learning all over again. But with the encouragement of my husband, Kristal and local photographer, Charlie Lehman, I decided to jump in with both feet.

My Personal Best - Showed 20 homes in one day! - 05/21/11 07:47 PM
I reached my personal best - showed 20 homes in one day to one set of buyers! I know you must be thinking that I am crazy, but we were well prepared with our route, time allowed per home and travel time to the next home on the list. My Buyers were able to determine pretty quickly if a home met their needs and desires. By the end of the day, we had eliminated all but 4 homes which made it to the short list and we were able to see one home a second time (so maybe I should say … (0 comments)

On your mark, get set....go! These are the words I have written on the top of my showing list for tomorrow! Armed with my gps, mapbook, phone, mls sheets, camer, water bottle and tennis shoes, I have 18 homes sheduled to show to my young buyers!  Full of energy, cash in the bank and an unbelievably high credit score, they want to see as many homes as possible in a day (a full day!)  I counseled them about how many people have a hard time remembering homes that they have viewed once you exceed 6 in a day (some Realtors say … (4 comments)

Showings in Denver metro area up in April - 05/03/11 10:07 AM
In the Denver metro area, showings / active listing in April 2011: 10.2, up from 9.3 in March. Bodes well for sales activity over next 60 days. However, inventory is down a lot, so total sales volume will still likely be less than last year.
With showings being up & inventory being down, could mean it might be a good time to sell???
