This Bloody Mary was made and consumed at the Culver Hotel a Historic Landmark in Culver City, CA. Diane and I stopped in yesterday for a late brunch. She had her usual a glass of white and I opted for a Bloody Mary keeping the search for the best Bloody Mary. I enjoyed this one as well in case you are wondering! Hard to believe that the inventory is still at the same tight level as it has been for the past three years... This of course is a clear indication that as most people who look at these reports will understand that it continues to remain a "seller's market". Inventory is virtually identical as to two years ago and now. This is very interesting that very few properties have been coming on the market. I attribute this to the school system. The Culver City School system is very desirable, hence if buyers bought a home because of this reason, the odds are likely they will stay put for a while hence the inventory remains tight.
