Advice to New Agents entering the Real Estate Profession: from Endre Barath a Beverly Hills Realtor.
Just to give you a quick background, I started my Real Estate career in Boston, MA and after about three plus years we relocated to Los Angeles. Although I understood that this would create additional challenges from starting over, I have not truly understood the full implications. In some respects, it was good, because necessity forced me to just deal with the challenges.
