The Malibu, CA 90265 Single Family Real Estate market is sending mixed signals. Let's look at the Median Days on Market statistics:
 
 
This is a massive change as you can see in the Median numbers. Now let's look at the Average Days on Market:
 
These numbers would not be a clear indicator but inconjunction with the Inventory for one is very providing mixed messages:
 
Customarily when inventory drops usually Days on  Market shortens as well, interestingly that is not the case here.
