As you know, Late last night early this morning, I saw that Forbes came out with the highest priced Zip Code List for the country, so I immediately focused on the greater Los Angeles Real Estate Zip Codes. Not all of them, I just picked out randomly three Zip Codes that interested me, since my Real Estate Office is in Beverly Hills and I was asking  the day before  where people would prefer to live if the choice was between Malibu or Bel Air.

We like this home! Great, let's write an Offer!  I love this part of the conversation with a buyer. Now comes the more interesting part, when I have to explain what it will take to accomplish this. This does not matter if you are buying a Luxury home in Beverly Hills or a Waterfront Ocean View Home in Marina Del Rey or Malibu.

They have over 200 acres of land with many different varietal grapes growing on their estate.  Paradise Cove, Malibu, CA before all the people arrive for the summer rush. It is easy to get food wine or beer and most importantly  a parking space.  I would bet  you today if you manged to get  in to park, there would be no room for anything and the wait would be pretty extensive to get food and drinks.
 Inspite of it, Paradise Cove is a great destination place no matter what time of year. The food is good too.
 
 This is the time when even seagulls have room to walk.

As the year is coming to a close, we need to reflect of what is going on currently in the Real Estate market in Southern California.
  Looking at the current state, price of homes are down anywhere from 20% to 45% depending which Micro Market area you are looking at compared to 2007 prices.  As a consumer you should be jumping from joy, that you have the opportunity to step into the Southern California's Real Estate Market.
