I am so excited, since sadly we did not have fireworks at the Fourth of July, this year. Not only will we have Fireworks but more importantly it will be will be presented by the Zambelli Fireworks International. Here we are, the last month of the year is just buzzing by. So let’s look how the November real estate activity fared comparatively.  The month has been quite mixed with good news and bad news. Every time I looked on the internet I either saw that there was bad economic news in Italy, Spain, Ireland and Portugal or there was good news that Germany will help out the European Financial Crisis. This soup is easy to make, but is time consuming, hence it is great to do on a day you are working out of your home or just want to take time off from the hustle and bustle of your daily activity.
Ingredients:
·         2 cups of dried navy beans
·         2 bay leaves
·         Three sprigs of Thyme

There are many great places to eat and feast very inexpensively without having to go shopping, and prepping and cooking all week before Thanksgiving. If I may recommend one way to celebrate Thanksgiving, is by going to a holiday buffet. I will highlight a few for you to choose from in upcoming blog posts.

Well here we are it is September 2, 2010; the months just keep flying by. We have had a busy year up to now. Many pundits had given contradictory information and made headlines in many of the National and Local News outlets.
I have been saying all along Real Estate is local. One needs to look at the trends nationally as well as locally. I monitor three micro pockets of the West Los Angeles Real Estate Market very closely and find that they are all different month to month.
