As you know, Late last night early this morning, I saw that Forbes came out with the highest priced Zip Code List for the country, so I immediately focused on the greater Los Angeles Real Estate Zip Codes. The World Memorial Tour will start at the Santa Monica Pier in California this Saturday on September 11, 2010. The World Memorial is a federal charity foundation and will tour the country and plans on flying the" flag" in all 50 states.

Well here we are it is September 2, 2010; the months just keep flying by. We have had a busy year up to now. Many pundits had given contradictory information and made headlines in many of the National and Local News outlets.
I have been saying all along Real Estate is local. One needs to look at the trends nationally as well as locally. I monitor three micro pockets of the West Los Angeles Real Estate Market very closely and find that they are all different month to month.
