Much of what you will see and eat as Tabbouleh in this country has little resemblance to the original or Lebanese Tabbouleh. It has been refreshing to go out to a function this evening and be asked: how is the Real Estate Market. I could buy fresh lobster for around $4.99 a pound, not much has changed, now days you can buy it for anywhere from $5,99 to $7.99 a pound depending on size and time of year.
