Play Vista Condominium Market Report for December 2011

So let’s review, we had the fear of a double dip recession, European crisis in Italy, Greece, Portugal to name a few. Then we had the Japanese Tsunami and the various other catastrophes around the world. All this has impacted the housing market. Let’s keep in mind that the debt crisis at home and in Europe will continue to linger on in 2012. Ironically this volatile economic environment will … (17 comments)

What makes this neighborhood community so unique? There are about ten Parks, open space, a Library, Restaurants, coffee shops I can go on and on. Today I will talk about five of the Parks in this great semi private community.
  1. Fountain Park, as the name implies, there is a colorful fountain surrounded with a patio and tables. (This park reminds me of a European center of town).

playa vista: Customer Service does it still exist? - 10/22/08 04:20 PM
I find it is becoming rare to get Great, Good or just any kind of Customer Service. Many years ago we were a nation of Manufacture, and then we shifted to the Service Industry, now it appears we have shifted to No Service.  In this Global Economy, I see not just locally, but  around the world we are loosing Customer Service as well.
The reason I am bringing this up, I just experienced one of the worst customer service in a while. I have been meaning to address this issue in a post, but there were other issues more pressing. It … (12 comments)

playa vista: Marina del Rey, CA. Hospitals - 09/11/08 02:19 AM

Here we are on the  night of 9/11 and I was wondering what if something happened here in the Marina. Where would a new person that just moved here go, if they had an emergency, a medical crisis. I am one who last wants to see a Hospital or a Doctor, but there are many people that relocate, come to visit would like to know, especially if there is an emergency.
So as I did my … (4 comments)
