Playa Vista, CA which is the latest Planed Urban Development has become one of the most desirable communities in Los Angeles all thanks to the Internet Companies arrival such as the Google, Yahoo, Amazon and the list goes on and on. There are more Internet start up companies near Playa Vista than anywhere in the country. It is a City withing Los Angeles for all practical purposes. only four miles to the Pacific Ocean and about six miles to Beverly Hills.

Playa Vista, CA 90094 is part of Los Angeles and it is the first planned Urban Development in about 60 years. Interestingly it is one of the smallest areas, that has their own zip code compared to other communities in the United States. How is that possible? Well as well as it is designed with parks, wide side walks, wide streets it has one of the largest density per square feet of land per person compared to any other part of the country.
Ironically the population trend is increasing and the living space is shrinking as we speak.

6565 Crescent Park West a Luxury Community in Playa Vista, CA.
As most of you know I have written about the newest Planned Urban Development in Los Angeles in the past fifty (50) years. It is like a city within the city of Los Angeles. Park, Library, Community Room, Community Pool, and Gym I could go on and on.
The community consists of totally different styles of Condominiums, Townhomes, Single Family Residences, Luxury Rental Communities and I could keep going…
