Speechless Sunday: the other day Diane was cooking... as most of you who read my posts know, when Diane cooks that means we went out to dinner. Now with that said, I love a good desert and in this case I asked for a key lime pie. Well see for yourself it looked good.

redondo beach: Plans are sometimes interrupted by unexpected events....

Well, this Tuesday I took Diane to a great seafood restaurant in Redondo Beach. My front tire did not look good so on the way there I stopped and filled it with air.... long story short, good thing someone was there to help because we would have missed our lunch reservation. (www.Bluewatergrill) Then on top a friend of hers was already there to meet us:)

Well as most of you who read my posts and comments knew we were going to Manhattan beach and walk on the beach with Holly.... well plans change often for no reason... Diane had a craving for shell fish... can you guess where we went? Then go a step further which Restaurant we ate at?:) Trick question if you know me:))

Wordless Wednesday: Looking for a quality seafood place in the greater Los Angeles area? I know of two places. This one is one of my all time favorites. Redondo Beach, CA is not famous for their beaches in my book. They are famous for the best quality seafood on the Pacific Ocean.

Today I had some business to conduct in Redondo Beach, CA 90277. If you have never been to Redondo Beach, let me just say, it is a fun Southern California Beach Community. Fantastic Ocean View Homes are available for a reasonable price compared to adjacent Manhattan Beach. As well as Ocean View Condominiums are just as reasonable compared to many of the other Beach Communities nearby.

As most of you who read my Blog on a consistent basis know, that we love good food, great presentation and of course great ambiance. There is one of our favorite casual Seafood Restaurants and it meets all of the previously mentioned.
This of course is the Blue Water Grill in Redondo Beach, CA. Well Diane and I were in the mood to do casual late lunch early dinner. Instead of cooking, cleaning up, we said, well lets take our dog and see what we can find along the coast.

Another great day at the Blue Water Grill, Redondo Beach, CA. I could not think of a better way to spend a hot Sunday but at the beach in this great casual restaurant.
Those of you who have been following my writings might remember that this is the third or fourth time I have written about the Blue Water Grill (http://actvra.in/Xxd ) Needless to say there is a reason.

Some pictures need no words and others do, now with that said I wanted to share this photo. Diane and I decided to relax and just spend the afternoon together.
Now with that said we planned to have a late lunch in Palos Verdes. The restaurant has been written up as being one of the best seafood restaurants. Needless to say off we went. As I pulled into the Valet area the guy was awesome, he warned us that there will be a two hour wait at the minimum....

If you thought that Pirates only existed in the 1800’s, or in books, or on the big screen, well I am here to disprove that Theory. Diane and I were walking around the Pier at King Harbor this past Sunday and we were totally amazed. Yes there really are pirates. As some of you know I have written about Redondo Beach, CA. before. Since it is National Seafood Month in October, we had to visit and indulge in the fresh seafood King Harbor has to offer.
The Redondo beach community consists of is somewhere around 60,000 plus depending which Census Statistics you read. The Blue Water Grill, Redondo Beach CA, is a must visit eating destination for seafood lovers. Those of you, who know me, Diane and I live in Marina Del Rey, CA and love seafood. As an east coast transplant, going on too many years to remember (14+) Diane and I love to eat seafood, and it is our main source for Dinner. Lately I stopped going to Santa Monica to get my seafood supplies and started going to King Harbor, Redondo Beach, CA. Time wise it takes me just as long as if I went to Santa Monica.
