The Greater Los Angeles area is a great place to relocate to. How can I prove it? Well do not take my word for it: Ask the Squirrels.
They will tell you it is a good place to live. They swear by it, all the Oranges and all the Avocado's you can eat.
Well do not take their word for it. Look at these photos and you will be convinced.

The good news is there is plenty for everyone, humans & Squirrels:))))

relocating to los angeles: Would you consider relocating to a city on your credit good or bad? - 09/15/18 10:14 PM
Would you consider relocating to a city based on the fact, that you could buy with bad or great credit?
I just read an article on R.com and it made me pause. Their headline was bragging about ten places in the US where you can buy a home with bad credit. My first reaction was WHY would they publish something like this? Then my second reaction was, in Real Estate there are cause and effects to headlines like this. Third have they thought through what their headline’s ramifications will be on those local markets? Just to grab the attention they are willing … (34 comments)

relocating to los angeles: Spring comes to Los Angeles just like everywhere else on March 20th... - 02/25/18 10:01 PM
If you have been hearing some discussions around the end of January this year, that Spring is arriving early in Los Angeles do not take it seriously. Keep in mind these are people trying to get attention or are not used to what Winter and Spring is like in Los Angeles. Having lived here for over 20+ years the only real issue I see is, that we are way below the average for rainfall than what we are accustomed to this time of year.
Just as an example in the past two weeks there has been a clear indication temperature wise, that … (13 comments)

relocating to los angeles: Traffic in Los Angeles: these pictures tell the real story... - 02/09/18 11:58 PM
This post is for our friend Debbie Reynolds , she has been visiting the Golden State for work related reasons... yes it is hard to take being in California in the Winter, specifically by the Pacific Ocean for a week.
Now keep in mind I took these pictures driving back from Palmdale, CA a 50+ mile ride of which gratefully the traffic was on the other side for about 49 miles and I was only cought up in the last four miles as I was heading home.
Now if you live in Los Angeles and ask someone how far some place is? They answer quickly … (20 comments)

relocating to los angeles: Muir Woods National Monument: Have you ever visited? - 01/13/18 02:02 PM
Have you ever been to Muir Woods National Monument?

Diane and I have been there once, when my parents were visiting us. We went, strictly because, my dad insisted on seeing Muir Woods. Thanks to my dad we had a truly enjoyable  day and we all were amazed at this magnificent park.  Ever since then, we have been talking about it for the past 15+ years what a great time we had.
Now we can finally say that, we have been there a second time, this time, because my friend’s wife wanted to visit the Sequoias. She thought this would be such a … (21 comments)

relocating to los angeles: The goal of every Real Estate Agent is or should be to get repeat ... - 06/25/16 06:40 AM
The goal of every Real Estate Agent is to get repeat clients or get referrals…. pondering the question....
The goal of every Real Estate Agent is or should be to get repeat clients and referrals. If the client will not become a repeat client, the odds will be very unlikely that same client will be able to provide referrals to the agent. This goal has been phrased in many different ways, “… the want of getting clients for life….” Needless to say, there are circumstances when this is not possible due to no fault of the Real Estate Agent nor the client.
When … (22 comments)

relocating to los angeles: Are you considering moving to Los Angeles, CA? - 01/16/12 11:03 AM
Are you considering moving to Los Angeles, CA?

If you are considering moving to Los Angeles, CA there are many factors you need to consider. One of these factors happens to be:  The Cost of Living compared to where you are currently living. In other words you need to know   what your costs are in the city you are living in and what the typical salary of your type of employment is in Los Angeles, CA. Therefore if you have the same type of job in a similar capacity what will your salary be at the new location here … (15 comments)
