The average rate on a 30-year fixed rate mortgage was 4.97 percent this week, down from 5.05 percent a week earlier, according to Freddie Mac.    Now is a great time to Buy a home for sale in Wichita!   Just a 1% difference in interest rates on a $100,000 loan can make a HUGE difference in your monthly payment.
