The median residential home price in Williamson county was $343,750 and there were 2,374 single family home closings. This was a six percent decrease in home price compared to 2008.
Home sales seem to be improving every month. With tax incentives, low interest rates, and attractive prices, Williamson county real estate is very affordable.

Franklin home sales are up 24 percent compared to 2008, the average size of homes sold is down 9 percent, and the average price is down 5 percent. I would say that the Franklin real estate market is recovering quickly.

For visitors to Nashville, take the time to visit or stay at the opryland hotel. it's an amazing place.

Afterward, I go for a walk through the many atriums and gardens that encompass the Opryland complex. Overall, there are approximately 9 acres of walks and gardens, divided into 3 separate areas.
