Cool Springs Home Sales February - 03/21/11 08:41 PM
Cool Springs Homes Sales were up 27 percent in February compared to February of 2010 with 19 closings in zip code 37067, compared to 15 in 2010. The average price of homes sold increased 12 percent with the average in 2010 being $340,506 compared to $382,389 in 2011. 41 Cool Springs homes are currently pending, and 212 homes are currently listed as available for purchase.
 Based on current data, I can only expect sales trends to continue to improve, with number of sales and home prices in Cool Springs both on the rise.

Franklin Homes Sales increase from 71 closing in February of 2010 to 75 closing in 2011 a 5 percent increase. The price of homes sold in Franklin increased from $386,631 last year to $391,931, and the average size of Franklin Homes sold was 3093 square ft. The average days on market is now down to 117 days and 102 Franklin homes are currently pending.

Brentwood Homes Market Report For February - 03/07/11 03:12 PM
Brentwood homes sales for the month of February 2011 - 33 Brentwood homes sold in the month of February with the averageprice of homes being $601,902 and the average size being 4245 square ft. Days on market for Brentwood homes sold was 117 and 83 Brentwood homes are currently pending. 398 Brentwood homes are currently listed in the Nashville MLS as available for purchase.
 As you can see by the 83 homes currently pending, the housing market in Brentwood is becoming very active, and we expect a very busy spring.

Dallas Downs is an all brick neighborhood on the south side of Franklin. With a playground, community pool, tennis courts, sidewalks, and lots of green space, Dallas downs is a great place for outdoor families. Dallas Downs is zoned for oakview elementary school and does not have the higher taxes of the Franklin special school district.
