Brentwood homes are always the first choice for luxury homes purchases in the Nashville area. The reason is usually schools, taxes, commuting distance to downtown Nashville, fantastic parks, and and extremely safe environment with almost no crime. I personally recommend it above Franklin and Green Hills, both of which are also great communities.

Williamson County homes sales for June 2011 were down a little compared to June of 2010 with 317 Williamson county home closings and 16 Williamson county condos sold. The average sales price of homes sold in Williamson county was $417,000 compared to $412,118 in June of 2010, a slight increase of a little over one percent. Williamson county homes are still in high demand as shown by the average days on market being only 88 day.

Franklin Homes Sales for June -  The average sales price of Franklin homes sold in June of 2011 was $415,770, compared to $403,998 for June of last year. I know that if you've read this blog in the past, this was entirely predictable and has been going on for months.

This another one of the great events that Franklin puts on every year. It's really amazing that they shut off motorized traffic to downtown Franklin so that walkers can move around freely.
