Brentwood Home Sales For June 2011 - 07/27/11 10:05 AM
Brentwood homes are always the first choice for luxury homes purchases in the Nashville area. The reason is usually schools, taxes, commuting distance to downtown Nashville, fantastic parks, and and extremely safe environment with almost no crime. I personally recommend it above Franklin and Green Hills, both of which are also great communities. Via Larry Brewer (Benchmark Realty LLc): Brentwood Home Sales for June 2011 - With 80 closing for the month of June, Brentwood home sales are fairly active, and the average price of homes sold was $564,369 dollars. Williamson County homes sales for June 2011 were down a little compared to June of 2010 with 317 Williamson county home closings and 16 Williamson county condos sold. The average sales price of homes sold in Williamson county was $417,000 compared to $412,118 in June of 2010, a slight increase of a little over one percent. Franklin Homes Sales for June - The average sales price of Franklin homes sold in June of 2011 was $415,770, compared to $403,998 for June of last year. Wordless Wednesday - Natures beauty seems to come out the most in the middle of summer, when we are all looking for a cool place to rest. We see a lot of twins here, and the deer population is growing quickly.

This another one of the great events that Franklin puts on every year. It's really amazing that they shut off motorized traffic to downtown Franklin so that walkers can move around freely. Via Larry Brewer (Benchmark Realty LLc): Franklin's 15th annual Franklin on the Fourth celebration begins at 10 a.m. and runs all day. Entertainment features the best in area community bands showcased on two stages with a special concert featuring the Retro Specs on The Square at 6:30 p.m. Bring a lawn chair, The Retro Specs will be performing retro music of the 70's and 80's.
