Franklin Homes Sales July 2011 - 154 Franklin homes sold in July with another 125 homes currently pending, not exactly what most home buyers would expect if you had been reading the paper or watching the news. The fact is that Franklin always seems to have a more robust real estate market than the national or even Nashville market.

Williamson County Home Sales Up 26 Percent in July-  Just in case you didn't get the message, Williamson county real estate have been recovering at a fairly rapid pace, seemingly ignoring the problems that the rest of the country is having. I've been saying that Franklin and Brentwood home prices have been on the rise for months, and now the volume is starting to intensify. It's all good for sellers, but the buyers who have been waiting for another drop in prices have just missed the boat.

Nashville million dollar homes are becoming a little more active lately, and this is as good as it gets in describing the different areas and where the homes are being purchased. I believe that Brentwood is the best place to purchase Luxury homes in Nashville, but that's just my opinion based on a lifetime of observation.
