Thurston County Market Update -- Single Family Homes - 06/25/08 01:17 AM
The numbers are out for May 3 - June 3, 2008 for single family homes in Thurston County, located is the south Puget sound area, in the state of Washington. 
Interesting to note that of 239 houses that were sold during this time, only 87 were priced in the market.    By being in the market, means that the houses sold for the original price that were initially listed on the MLS.  Why is that?  I look forward to receiving your comments.  Have a great day!
