Our brokerage has gone over their numbers for Logan Utah Real Estate in 2008 and figured out where all of the sales had come from for all agents. Can you guess how many of our sales came from news paper ads? The figure looks like an 8 that is missing the bottom half. That is right, 0 home sales for Cornerstone came from news paper ads. Another brokerage shared with us the same stat. They had spent more than 20k last year on news paper ads and didn't see any return from that. What does that mean for sellers? It means … (0 comments)

The snow has hit Logan Utah, and it is wonderful. Don't you think for a moment that now is not the time to sell. In fact, if you wait until spring, you will be with everyone else who is waiting and will be one of many, many more homes on the market. List now while rates are low and inventory is low. Here it is, the results for the safest cities in 2008. Just another reason that Logan Utah and the Cache Valley area is a great place to live. Not only do you get to enjoy the outdoors and every recreational activity known to man, but you can do it safely. This is the only place I have lived where I can let me kids run and play outside and not worry that they are going to be kidnapped or harmed by others. Sure the possiblity is still there, but compared to other places, the odds are on my side.

I just launched a new site for Logan Utah Real Estate and it is still under development, but most of it is up and running. It includes a free MLS search, lending info, selling info and will have a lot more in regards to services that clients can find useful.
