REvolution Basic is the FREE new upgrade for Agents and Real Estate Professionals – a direct result of valuable feedback from Agents.   Equator has incorporated the features Agents asked for, as well as additional features, such as enhanced search, to simplify Agents’ lives.

Servicer property information- In the first section of the header you will see information such as the type of property, the Lender for the property, the Lender’s REO number, and the current occupancy status of the property.
 
List Date, Close Date, and List Price – This section shows the property’s list and close dates, as well as the list price for the property

When an Agent is assigned a property, the “Property Header”will display critical information for that property. This header allows the Agent to see pertinent property information at-a-glance.  Parts of the header also allow Agents to access and update to different sections of the property pages they are working on.  The newly-expanded property header has made it easier than ever to see exactly where a property is in the process.  Agents can track property status, offers, list date, messages, and much more.

When working properties in Equator, most activity will be centered around tasks.  Tasks are forms that Servicers need to be completed – generally soliciting information on the property, or documents pertaining to the property.  On your “Tasks” page, you can view your tasks that need to be completed, along with the date of assignment and completion date (if applicable).
