Equator recently launched a new version of our agent workstation, EQagent. Over the past few months, we have migrated users into EQagent in an effort to better serve your needs. We are pleased to announce the completion of the migration phase. The Equator system features a property-specific document repository that allows agents to manually add documents to a property, in addition to documents and photos that have been uploaded through tasks. Here are some tips and tricks to assist you when you are having issues uploading your documents or photos into your task or property library: All photo files must be in JPG format.
