The inside of this card has a Listing with photos of the property. The fourth side has a coupon from a local resturant. I have had a lot of success with Pizza Resurants. I put the coupon on for free! They hand them out to their customers for me. I hand their coupons out to my farm area, sphere of influence, and my current sellers. My sellers love the fact that they can pass their home out not co-workers, friends, and family! I love it because they see my information and picture. You now what the best part is?
