Terms of Sale:On the Real Estate10% down cash or good faith check on Real Estate day of Auction. The balance must be paid on or before 30 days. Possession with Deed. 2012 Taxes to be paid by the seller up to the day of closing. Buyer responsible for taxes after the day of closing. Buyer to Assume insurance at closing.
