If history serves us correctly, we are just about over this down fall in real estate. So tell all of your investors to BUY, BUY, BUY! There hasn't been and opportunity like this in 20 years and I don't think there will ever be another like this again. The sub-prime mortgages will probably never be seen in our life times.

Realtors, you should be investing in the market as well. Do you have a retirement plan? Do you have a back-up plan? Why not invest in the commodity you sell. There is no better time than now to secure your futures. Who knows the market better than a Realtor.

I am tired of the media and public talking about what went wrong and who is responsible. Why not consider you glass half full and start looking at this market with new glasses. What a great opportunity! This is the absolute time to buy. I have been reading and the indicators point to spring, spring will be the up swing and that is when every one else is going to jump in. Now is the time, not spring. There are so many good buys everyone should have at least one investment property in their portfolio.

With gas prices on the down slide and the election around the corner my prediction is the market is heading up. Maybe not this month but in 3-4 months.
