I discovered a truly lovely event this afternoon. A quick email from a friend about meeting for lunch introduced me to this wonderful happeningI didn't even know existed. Out To Lunch Helena, happens every Thursday in front of the Carousal & Exploration works on this beautiful garden with stadium seating. Live music and delicious food vendors like the Vanilla Bean restaurant.  It was bright and sunny and a great way to spend my lunch hour. I think it is important when showing houses in a market filled with such negativity to mix it up and step out of the box a little. Yesterday I was showing houses on Canyon Ferry and instead of going the traditional route, everyone load up in the car, drive down the dirt road, get out walk around the houses, then do the inside tour etc. I took my client kayaking.
