In the last couple of years finding good information to share on the internet seemed hard to come by. However, I have been so pleased with our market over the last 6 months. Our 2010 finished strong with 5 of our listing selling all within close to listing price. It has been a great start to the year and the momentum seems to be getting stronger. Right now, our inventory is low, so if you were thinking about selling, get on it now, buyers have very few homes to choose from. We are starting to see our higher end homes selling … (0 comments)
