I thought about this profoundly and with a smile on my face as I read a recent headline. The headline read, "Fayetteville man wins $100,000 on scratch-off ticket." Something so seemingly benign. Many people buy such tickets but is there an expectation that this is their lucky day?

Property taxes go towards many of the expenditures that keeps a City healthy in many ways. One of the greatest uses of property taxes is towards education in Cumberland County. Perhaps I am somewhat bias because I wear both the hat of a parent with school aged children and I wear the hat of a Realtor.
