The Murchison Road portion of the Interstate 295 extension in Fayetteville is showing some substantial progress, Finally!! The word congestion can not start to define our area if approved Road Projects aren't started and completed on schedule. The Fayetteville area is poised for some tremendous growth, yet it seems we are lagging to far behind on setting up the infrastructure to support the growth of Fort Bragg with BRAC. We have heard estimates that the Fayetteville, Fort Bragg area could easily grow by 30,000 families in the next 5 years. The I-295 interstate once fully completed will be a 35 mile (56.5 km) loop around the west (0 comments)

Our clients and many of our agents are either currently serving our county, or at one time has served our country. One of our Realtors asked if their was a special provision for Armed Forces deployed outside of the US. I instantly pointed the agent to the provisions in the Tax Credit for Military personnel. It made me think, if their asking maybe everyone hadn't read the fine (1 comments)
