The Rotary Clubs of District 7370 invite applicants to be team members for the 2012 Rotary Group Study Exchanges to the Philippines. Four applicants will be selected to make up the Group Study Exchange team, led by a Rotarian team leader.
The team will visit the Cebu Island region of the Philippines for a four-week stay from February 11 - March 12, 2012. The Rotary Foundation pays transportation costs.

It's becoming a bit overwhelming, so I've been looking for property management software. I tried a few but nothing seemed to suit me, until I tried 123Landlord. I clicked on an ad here on AR a few weeks ago and took the free trial. It's free forever if you have 1 user and 2 tenants / 2 properties.
