We have done more and more short sale transactions this year, and several times inspections have come into play. If you represent the SELLER you want inspections done early. Why?
- If inspections reveal items buyer wants addressed you can add them to your HUD1 to the package
- Or buyer can just plain walk before you get too far into the process
However, buyers agents don't want to do these inpspections until you have short sale approval because
