Looking for discounted Lithonia Georgia homes for sale? I found this great deal that has been discounted by more than $30K. The home was originally priced and appraised at $160K and now the seller is very motivated and asking for only $128K. The home is located in Lithonia, very short commute time to Downtown Atlanta. Most of the homes that have been discounted like this usually do not stay on the market for long, despite the current market conditions. There are a lot o buyers out there looking for discounts.

The Home I blogged about a few days ago has been discounted even further.
The Asking Price is now $168K, the Original Price/Appraised Value is $210K.
I think this is a very good deal, if you are looking for Homes in the Conyers GA, Covington GA Homes or Lithonia GA homes .
