When is the Atlanta Georgia real estate market going to improve? That is the Million Dollar Question. I guess no one knows. I would buy when the market hits the bottom if I knew exact when the market will hit the bottom. A lot of people are now anxious to buy as many people don't want to miss the next coming boom. There's no doubt that there will be a boom within the next few years. So how do you take advantage of this?;)
