atlanta new homes: Builders Going into Foreclosure - 11/17/07 07:25 PM

Thinking about buying a new home in the Atlanta area? There are many Atlant home builders who are going into foreclosure, because teir homes are not selling and they are not able to service the loan.
Many smart home buyers can get a home at a steep discount if they use a savvy real estate agent. I located some Covington GA homes for sale that have been deeply discounted. There were also some great Conyers GA homes at huge discounts. One builder with Marietta homes was able to sell his homes fast because he dropped the prices by more than 20%.

Looking for new homes in Atlanta GA? This may just be the best time to buy an Atlanta new home, because many builders still have a very huge inventory of unsold homes are are ready to make a deal. I was looking at some Covington Georgia homes for sale, and I drove into a beautiful SD with more than half of the homes still unsold. The Agent had a sign there stating that they are giving away a $10,000 buyer bonus on homes selling in the 200's.
