East Cobb Foreclosures have increased slightly over the past few months. There are 34 east cobb foreclosures listed in the 30062, 30066, 30067 zip codes. There are a total of 1314 homes listed for sale in these zip codes, so foreclosures are very rare here, that is less than 3% of all homes listed for sale are foreclosures.
Some of these Metro Atlanta foreclosures become discounted after some time, as the banks become more motivated to sell quickly. This is an excellent opportunity to buy a house at a great discount.
