Looking to buy a Decatur home for sale? Beware of the appraisal. The Metro Atlanta area has witnessed a flood of inflated appraisals over the past few years. This was partly because the lenders were willing to lend to anyone breathing. Some people with $10/hr jobs were able to buy homes for $200K. What a wonderful time!
