There currently 421 foreclosures in Gwinnett County, ranging in price from less than $100K to $1.2m. The $1.2m listing is one of the most expensive Loganville Georgia homes for sale. There are a total of 10100 listings in the county. So this equates to be about 4.2% of the total number of homes for sale in the county. 3-6% of Metro Atlanta homes are foreclosures. CNN just reporting that the number of people who are 30 days behind on their mortgage increased from 4.19% to 5.39% during the second quarter (2006-2007).
