Tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I can almost taste the food, and I can't wait!
We all have at least a few things we can be Thankful for.

There are a ton of websites on the Internet that have lists of homes. Some specialize in foreclosures, some in letting you know the "value" of a house, whether it's for sale or not.
Most of those sites have something in common. They Don't have to follow the same rules as our local MLS.

Got another one today. It's amazing that some of them give a greatly detailed set of instructions to follow and some not so much. This one is pretty much just a link, but what I don't get is that there's some garble in it and if nothing else, that should show you that somethings. up.

Here's another viersion of Overrated and Underrated. This one happens to be my birthday version.
Overrated - Birthdays. Specifically when you just do what you'd do on a "normal" day.
Underrated - Brithdays! As we get older, we need to make more time for ourselves. If you can't do that on a regular basis, do it on your birthday. It's a built in excuse!
Next year I'm gonna do what I want to do. I don't care what anyone else wants me to do. It's all about ME! At least for that one day.

What are the Detroit Lions trying to do to me?
Okay, here's the thing.
They won. They beat the Carolina Panthers 49-35. But they did it all wrong!
They were down at the end of the first quarter 10-0. Not good.
Down 27-14 at halftime. Even worse.
Third quarter, we scored 14 unanswered points. Fine, we have a 1 point lead, 28-27. But it's still too close!
The fourth quarter was awesome. The Lions scored 21, Carolina 8.
Final score 49-25. Lions win.
But wait.

You've emailed me list after list that you found on another site, not EricMichaelOnline.com.
Most of them are Pending, Sold or there's just no way you can get financing for them.

I'm not sure if it is or not, but with only one line in the body of the email, I wouldn't doubt it.
The email came from "David Mares" <web.office.29.43.1@att.net. No subject. Here's the body of the email...

"Do you need loan contact us with Name,Amount needed,Duration,Country,phone number"

Huh? Yup, that was it.

There are many reasons to want to Live in Livonia, MI.
 
The Livonia Police are outstanding.  The schools system is one of the best in the state. I've never really heard anyone complain about the schools. A great mix of well established and newer construction subdivisions. Coventry Gardens, Burton Hollow, Francavilla and Quakertown are some of the most popular. Proximity to freeways makes traffic much better than a lot of other cities. Ever drive on Ford Rd in Canton during rush hour? Bates.

There's a new(er) hamburger shop in town. It's called Bigg Burger, and I stopped there today to see what all the talk is about!
They're located at 19055 Farmington Rd, Livonia, MI  48152. Just south of 7 Mile Rd.
I ordered a regular single burger and small fries.
The burger was great! They have a ton of FREE items that you can put on your burgers. On mine, I got dijon mustard, sprouts, grilled onions and mushrooms, tomatoes, green olives and fresh jalapeno's. How that sound? I can't wait to try the bleu … (7 comments)

Most people don't realize how much you can accomplish in 3 hours. Or not accomplish as the case may be.
Three hours let's you relax and watch your favorite football team (Go Lions!) hopefully win their game on Sunday (Monday night if you're lucky!)

About a week ago, I scheduled an appointment to show a rental property of another company. I usually have my leasing specialist take care of these but it wasn't too far and it got me out of the office a little early that day.
Anyway, I show up at the house to meet the prospective renter. She was with her sister and her younger son. They were all pretty nice people.
