Overrated - Taco Bell. I'm done with them. They messed up my order the last 3 times I've been there, and 4 of the last 5 times! And It was just ME! Not some huge order. Plus, I ALWAYS go inside to order, because the drive-thru has even worse odds on getting things wrong.

Overrated - Fast Food. I might have mentioned this before, but all the chemicals and carbs are NO GOOD for you! Stop eating it. Or, at least, eat very little of it. I promise you'll be better off.
Underrated - Road Trips! I LOVE road trips. I'm going to a real estate conference in Atlanta next week and I can't wait! I'm picking up a real estate buddy of mine in Cincinnati on the way. Hope we can get along musically.

Overrated -McDonald's Shamrock Shake! The did something. They had to have. I had one the other day and it wasn't very good. I remember years ago, getting the minty shake and it was awesome! Same with the Arctic Orange shake. They either changed the "chemicals" they use in them or made them "low(er) fat" or something. Just not good. PS. Avoid the chicken nuggets at all costs!

Overrated - Whitesnake. The band. You know them. David Coverdale is the singer. Good voice, just overrated. Tawny Kitaen crawling all over that car in the video, on the other hand, is NOT overrated. Mute the "Here I go again" video and hit "repeat." Yeah, guys. You know what I'm talking about.
Underrated - Ghirardelli "Midnight Reverie" Intense Dark chocolate. I'm not really a "sweets" type of person, but I love me some dark chocolate. The darker the better. I bet this would be awesome melted into hot chocolate!

Overrated - Professional Football Playoff Games. Just kidding, actually. There's Nothing Overrated about them. Unless they're blowouts. Then they're just not fun to watch.
Underrated - Sweet and Sour Pork. I normally get some kind of Chinese dish that has chicken and LOTS of vegetables, but every now and then I mix it up. This was delicious! Forgot to take a picture of it before I ate it. Oops.

Overrated - Staying with family. I traveled down to Tennessee yesterday, and I stayed with my brother and his family. I slept in my nieces tiny princess bed, one of their Great Danes jumped up on me and got my brand new jacket all muddy and their kids took/hid my weeks supply of vitamins. That's just the beginning of Day 1. 
Underrated -Getting away. Sure it's for a funeral, but just hitting the road alone and getting away from things for 4 days is pretty cool. I gotta remember to do this more often. Getting away, … (9 comments)

Overrated - Ketchup on a hot dog. I've had this argument a thousand times over the years. Once you hit the age of 12, there's no reason you should put ketchup on a hot dog. Mustard, onions and maybe some relish is the way to go. Even chili to make it a coney dog! (I know there are other ways to make the dog, like sauerkraut or whatever people in NY do. I'm just talking about my neck of the woods)

Overrated - Ranch Dressing on Wings. I love me some wings, I truly do. But, ranch? Try Blu cheese next time. It's the best! Ranch can go kick rocks.
Underrated - Referrals. Having a friend, relative or past client call and say "Hey, I know someone who's looking to buy/sell a house. Can you help them out?" is and awesome testimonial to what you do.

Overrated - Bottled Water. I love drinking water, but what about the chemicals in the plastic? Is it good, bad, indifferent? Also, I keep hearing that if you leave the plastic bottles of water in the sun/heat, the chemicals can leech out and into the water that we drink. That can't be good, right? How are the water bottle transported? Are then in a metal truck? What's the heat factor BEFORE we even get them?

Underrated - Post Season Baseball. Fine. You might not this it's underrated, but a lot of people think it's the same as regular season baseball, which can be very boring because the season is so long. I mean, it's not playoff hockey or NFL playoffs, but it's still exciting!

Overrated - Pizza. Don't get me wrong, I LOVE pizza. It's just that because it's so tasty and easy to get, I think we just eat it too much. Maybe I'll go on a once a month pizza restriction. Maybe.

Overrated -Fruit. Don't get me wrong, a good tangerine is pretty tasty. I'm just thinking out loud here. The USDA (whatever that is) says we should eat X amount of servings of fruit every day. But fruit has sugars in them, right? I know it's "natural" sugars, but still. If you're trying to lose a pound or two, eat some vegetables instead. Still carbs, lots less calories.

Overrated -Geography. It occurred to me watching the different countries walk into the stadium in London during the Olympic opening ceremonies. I've never heard of a lot of them!
Underrated - Blue Cheese dressing. I love it! Just got done eating some leftover hot wings and I was dipping it in blue cheese. The best part is when a lot of the dressing is gone and I get to eat the little chunks of tasty cheese!

Sorry, it's been a couple of weeks since I wrote an O & U.
Overrated - Pancakes. Sure, they're fine every once in a while, but all those carbs? It's ridiculous! Batter, syrup, butter = grossness for your body!
Underrated - French Toast. Yes, it's a slice of bread, and probably some syrup, but it had Egg attached to it! That's protein, boys and girls. Good stuff!
Some people put salt on their french toast instead of syrup or whatever. Those people are Nuts!

Overrated - Dealing with Pain. This one's for the guys, and the girls that roll their eyes at us. How many times have you been injured and thought, "nah, I'll just walk it off," only to look back now and wish you would've seen a doctor fairly soon after the injury happened?
I remember playing baseball as a kid. Rip the knee open sliding into second and what do you do? Rub dirt in it to stop the bleeding. (ladies, you can roll your eyes again here).

Overrated - Skinny Jeans. I guess thin females can wear them, but guys? Guys shouldn't wear skinny jeans. Ever. 
Underrated - A good razor. A couple of weeks ago, I ran out of razor refills. We went to Big Lots for om cereals and I bought some discount razors. Loved the price, hated the shave. Flt like I was using glass and sand paper to remove my facial hair. This the last Tim I'll do that. 
Went and got my normal Gillette Fusion blades. Best shave ever!

Overrated - Tony Romo. Dallas Cowboy quarterback and ex-Jessica Simpson girlfriend. He's decent when he's playing garbage teams but when it comes to the big game, he's out getting his nail done.
Underrated - Sloppy Joe's. Made with turkey, of course, since I gave up red meat. They're easy to make, great as leftovers and just plain tasty.

Overrated - Changing your own oil. First off, I don't trust the $14.99 oil change guys. Every time I go to them, they tell me that somethings wrong. Every. Time. Doing it yourself might give you a good feeling, but I'd rather have that good feeling out on a golf course. What does changing your own oil save you? Maybe $5? But how much time does it take up? Overrated - Vacations. Before you start yelling at me, hear me out. Sure, when you're actually ON vacation, it's (mostly) fun. Sometimes you visit relatives that you might or might not get along with, but it's mostly good. The "overrated" part of the vacation usually comes in 3 parts.
