Love sweets, buy Real Estate!
Just a funny thought I had as I sat there waiting for my buyers to show up to a closing.  How many cups of delicious coffee could I drink and how many cookies could I eat before I got sick or the kind receptionist slapped my hand?
When interviewing my buyers for the first time I go over the usual important topics to be as professional as possible.  The thank you comment! The pre-qualification letter.  The buyer agency.  Their dedication. And the 1,000 other steps that go into buying a home!

 Finding a home for sale in Colorado Springs Colorado, by biking? So this morning I hopped on my bike and began my ride from my house in Falcon.  I began by riding through Woodmen Hills(where I took this photo) and then heading north on Meridian rd towards London Derry and heading West will bring me to 2 locations.  The school and the Falcon Hills Neighborhood.   
Because of the lack of traffic and view of the mountains this ride is one of my favorite rides.   Once off of London Derry rd you can cruise the neighborhood and get in a lot of miles.  This … (0 comments)

A home for sale in Colorado Springs Colorado, a story of a bike ride. this story begins in another town, but I wanted to bring to light, biking through your neighborhoods is an excellent way to see homes.  Furthermore you can go slower, stop for water, and really look at a neighborhood.  While in a car, even with my trained Real Estate eyes, I miss things.  Check out all the homes for sale in Colorado Springs Colorado the next time you are taking a bike ride.
