Just got off the phone with a man in his forties who wanted to know more about one of our properties. Interesting fellow, had the best half-hour on the phone with a prospective investor.
One of the things he asked was: "Why the he$# would I want to invest in real estate now? All these talks about recession and the bad economy came from real estate!"
