I spent the last 6 years positioning the company as a high end well respected independent boutique real estate firm. The challenge was always in recruiting. The solution was to associate myself with the best and most sophisticated brand in the industry. Since our launch 4 months ago I have successfully and very selectively recruited 11 wonderful Realtors, who complement my original team of 5. Hopkinton, Massachusetts (Jan. 26, 2009)— Hallmark Sotheby’s International Realty, a luxury real estate firm based in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, today announced that its brand Web site, www.sothebysrealty.com, soon will be multi-lingual with the addition of seven new languages.

I recently had the privilege of attending the Sotheby's International Realty Broker-Owner Orientation in Short Hills, New Jersey. Aside from three very educational days of learning more about the power of the brand and the industry in general was the networking among an extraordinary and successful group of real estate professionals consisting of Owners, Brokers and key managers.
One of the highlights of this event was taking a chartered bus from Short Hills to New York City to get a private tour and dinner in the Board Room of the Sotheby's Auction House.
