Looks like Coral Canyon is the place to be in southern Utah.  Currently the demand is high for homes priced under $200,000, especially if they're not short sales!  Buyers looking for a second home have decided now is the time to buy and we're receiving multiple offers on many of the homes priced under $250k in Coral Canyon.
 
As of 4/4/2011 there are 39 active listings in the Coral Canyon community priced from $124,900 to $899,000.  Of the 39 homes for sale 15 are listed as short sales and 2 are bank owned.
