There were 130 single family homes sold in Bellingham, MA in 2010 with an average sales price if $282,206 and an average on market time of 96 days.
Compared to 2009 where there were 131 single family homes sold with an average sales price of $275,097 and average on market time of 125 days.
This represents a 3% increase in sales price and a 24% decrease in time on the market. A slight improvement year over year for single family homes. Let's hope this trend continues in 2011!

bellingham ma: Bellingham's Annual Pumpkin Stroll a Delight for All! - 10/21/09 08:02 AM
Held on Saturday October 17th from 6-8pm the Pumpkin Stroll is Bellingham's annual kickoff to Halloween. Kids arrived in costumes, parents in tow, to stroll amongst the carved pumpkins all aglow! Several businesses from the Bellingham Business Association, including Realty Executives Tri-County, Inc. were standing by to hand out candy and in our case much needed warm hot chocolate on this chilly night.
There was local talent as well. Members from the Bellingham Senior Center serenaded us with beautiful renditions of old favorites.

Different parts of the country use different search engines. They use different real estate websites.
I just checked out a Hit Router blog by Active Brad and saw something that really didn't surprise me but caused me to say "WHY?!" According to his blog "over 100,000 consumers searched ActiveRain for Real Estate in specific cities using the "Search For Homes" feature" in April of 2009.
Well I checked the graph on his blog and there were virtually no cities in the Northeast? Philly, PA was there but is anything south of New York really in the Northeast? (PA people, I know … (9 comments)

OK, so I've gotten about a half dozen leads directed to me from my broker coming from our MLS Contacts Service. Agents know this already, but these are the customers who are interested in buying or selling and register on our office website to look at specific properties.
Customers register with their name, email address, phone number, and physical address. This gives me a leg up in being able to contact them directly. Normally I start with an email.
