Love this post by Anne Marie Malfi. It's all in the attitute. I had a gentleman walk into the office last week and as how the market was. I told him it was great and he said "I'll bet you have to say that." And I said no and gave him examples of how positive the real estate market is right now and the ways in which I'm helping my clients take advantage of it. Held on Saturday October 17th from 6-8pm the Pumpkin Stroll is Bellingham's annual kickoff to Halloween. Kids arrived in costumes, parents in tow, to stroll amongst the carved pumpkins all aglow! Several businesses from the Bellingham Business Association, including Realty Executives Tri-County, Inc. were standing by to hand out candy and in our case much needed warm hot chocolate on this chilly night. There was local talent as well. Members from the Bellingham Senior Center serenaded us with beautiful renditions of old favorites. But the pumpkins were the main attraction. realty executives tricounty: How do Consumers in the Northeast Search for Homes? Part I of III. - 08/27/09 10:16 PM
Different parts of the country use different search engines. They use different real estate websites. I just checked out a Hit Router blog by Active Brad and saw something that really didn't surprise me but caused me to say "WHY?!" According to his blog "over 100,000 consumers searched ActiveRain for Real Estate in specific cities using the "Search For Homes" feature" in April of 2009. Well I checked the graph on his blog and there were virtually no cities in the Northeast? Philly, PA was there but is anything south of New York really in the Northeast? (PA people, I know
