Beautiful depiction of the Turkey Feast leftovers (there were hardly any) paired with a nice glass of white wine. This was a great Thanksgiving Holiday this year. The food was delicious and the company was exquisite. I was not up to any Black Friday shopping the day after this meal, that's what Cyber Monday is for, right?

Starting January 2012, everyone involved in a short sale will be liable for “negligent or intentional misrepresentations in the transaction” and will have to sign affidavits stating that they are handling the transaction to federal standards.

Holiday Hours - 11/23/11 02:36 PM
As much fun I have in Real Estate, I will not be available for business purposes on Thanksgiving. 
I have received phone calls in the past on both Thanksgiving and on Christmas from people asking about properties either for sale or rent. The most mind boggling phone call was at 7:30am on December 25th last year. I like buyers who are motivated, but those who are that motivated that they will call while I am enjoying the holidays with my family are stepping over the line.

This designation allows me to better assist my customers with selling their homes as a Short Sale and buyers to purchase homes that are either Short Sale or a Foreclosure. In the spirit of the season I wanted to share what I am most Thankful for.
It has been an incredible year, I met the most wonderful man who just recently proposed to me. I said Yes!! of course.
My twin girls started Kindergarten and are learning so much so fast.
I am Thankful for my families health and that everyone is doing so well this year.
My fiance will be finishing his Bachelor's degree at University of Central Florida this Spring.

My boyfriend just proposed to me this Saturday, it was a bit unexpected, yet not out of the blue and of course completely welcomed and of course I said YES! We had discussed getting married one day, but I was not expecting the proposal yet. We have been together for 7 months and in that time he has become like a father to my twin daughters and we fit together so well.
